How do I cancel my subscription (auto monthly)?
You can cancel for free at any time, without notice – there is no minimum contract period or hidden charges! If you have an account, log in to the ‘my account’ section via the link in the top right of the page and navigate to the ‘subscriptions’ page where you will see a link to cancel, or simply email us at email@example.com and we will do it for you.
How do I update my address or payment details?
If you have an account, log in to the ‘my account’ section via the link in the top right of the page and you will see sections for ‘addresses’, ‘payment methods’ and ‘account details’ where you can edit a range of details, or simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do it for you.
How does the subscription (auto monthly) thing work?
Simply select the ‘auto monthly’ option on the product details page and during checkout you will be charged for the first month’s box of patches, then on each following monthly anniversary of your order you will be charged for the next box of patches including delivery (FREE within the UK) and we will ship the box as soon as the payment has gone through.

Where is my order?
UK orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day from confirmation of your order, then delivered via Royal Mail within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Do I need to be home to receive a delivery?
No. All orders are dispatched in letterbox friendly packaging so they should arrive along with your ordinary mail.
How is my order being shipped?
All orders are shipped directly from our UK fulfillment centre, via Royal Mail for UK orders or via standard airmail for orders to other countries. For more information about shipping, check out our shipping information page.
Can I modify or cancel or my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa debit and Visa credit cards, MasterCard, and American Express. Unfortunately we are unable to accept bank transfers, cash on delivery or cheques.
Where are the best places to apply the 5-HTP+ Patch?
The patch should be applied to a clean, hair-free and relatively flat area of your skin that does not rub too much against your clothing. We recommend applying the patch to your upper arm, thigh or upper leg area, chest, upper back or shoulder area, making sure that you apply the patch to a new area of your skin each day (i.e. do not place the patch immediately in the same place as the day before). Make sure you do not apply the patch to broken or irritated areas of the skin or areas of the skin that stretch or move around a lot during the day as this may cause irritation.
When is the best time to apply the 5-HTP+ Patch?
We recommend applying the patch first thing in the morning, or otherwise after a shower or bath (once your skin is dry). Always remove each patch within 24 hours. Some people prefer to remove the patch before going to bed, so as not to wear it during the night.
Is the 5-HTP+ Patch waterproof?
Our new patches have been designed to be sticky enough to withstand the scuffs and snags of an active day but easy enough to remove manually when desired. Additionally, people with common skin types will find that the patch will stay on after a shower or a swim without any impact on the patch’s effectiveness.
Where is the 5-HTP+ Patch made?
Our patches are formulated and developed in the UK, and extensively tested for quality and safety by an FDA registered laboratory in the USA. They contain only the purest naturally sourced ingredients from their native environment, which are first sterilised then carefully transported to one of China’s leading specialist pharmaceutical-grade manufacturers for processing in to transdermal patches.
Can I use the 5-HTP+ Patch with any other medication?
The 5-HTP+ Patch should not be taken in conjunction with any other medication or health products, especially those which interact with serotonin levels in your body such as SSRIs, except under the careful supervision of a suitably qualified health practitioner. You should always seek your own independent advice from a suitably qualified health practitioner before taking any 5-HTP products, food supplements, or vitamins and minerals, especially if you suffer from any physical or mental health condition whether formally diagnosed or not.

As with all 5-HTP supplements, the 5-HTP+ Patch is not suitable for people under the age of 18 years old and should be stored out of reach of young children.
5-HTP products in general may cause abdominal pain, absence of menstrual bleeding, eating abnormalities, anxiety, mood and behavioural changes, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, ear buzzing, eosinophilia, eosinophilia myalgia syndrome (EMS), fatigue, gas, headaches, heartburn, hives, increased blood cortisol or kynurenine, lowered blood pressure, lowered cholesterol, muscle pain or breakdown, nausea, palpitations, restlessness, seizure, scleroderma-like symptoms, sleep changes, slowed heart rate, sodium retention, muscle contractions, sweating, taste changes, vertigo, vivid dreams, or vomiting.
Do not apply the patch to broken or irritated areas of the skin or areas of the skin that stretch or move around frequently during the day as this may promote irritation.
The 5-HTP+ Patch should not be worn if you are allergic to any form of adhesive, for example plasters.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose of one 5-HTP+ Patch per day.
